Cooper Industries to Present at UBS Industrial Leadership Conference

Cooper Industries announced it will participate in the UBS Industrial Leadership Conference held in London on Friday, May 6.

The comments by Cooper's CFO David Barta will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. local time in London.
A live audio webcast of the presentation will be available over the Internet through the company's website at CooperIndustries.com. The company recommends that listeners download and install any necessary audio software at least 15 minutes prior to the presentation. An audio replay will be available on the website through May 14.

Cooper's presentation may include references to non-GAAP financial measures. In the event non-GAAP measures are used in the presentation, Cooper will post a reconciliation of those measures to the most directly comparable GAAP measures in the "Investors" section of the company's website.

Cooper Industries is a global electrical products manufacturer with 2010 revenues of $5.1 billion.
